BRATEX BINDER PASF-25 (25%)

Binder PASF-25 (25%) is self – crosslinking, acrylic copolymer emulsion designed specially for textile Printing and flocking. Binder PASF-25 (25%) is very excellent flocking binder,  and can be use also pigment printing, padding, dyeing, non woven, carpet back sizing.

Viscosity at 27°C                    : < 20 cps                     ( Unit Brookfield LVT)

Ion                                           : Nonionic

Solubility                                 : Miscible with cool water in all proportion

Stability                                   : Stable on long term at room temperature

Specific Gravity at 27’C         : 1.017 – 1.022  g/ml  ( Unit Hydrometer – Aerometre)

PROPERTIES

1. Binder PASF-25(25%) is self – crosslinking acrylic copolymer emulsion and has very excellent  properties for textile flocking binder and pigment printing binder..
2. Binder PASF-25 (25%) is very stable for chemically and it gives clear transparent film.
3. Elasticity and tensile strength is very good.
4. Binder PASF-25 (25%) has a good light – resistance, heat – resistance and water – resistance
5. Binder PASF-25 (25%) can be increased viscosity when addition with ammonia, so it needs very carefully control pH value.
